Our Holloway Plan has been protecting members for over 100 years, paying them sickness benefit when they are ill, and building a capital sum for each member to enjoy in their retirement.

From 1st January 2003, we can not accept new members o­nto the Holloway Plan. We are now offering the new Century Plan which provides similar cover with increased benefits and the addition of a helpline staffed by our team of sprecially trained Registered Nurses.

This change need not affect you if you are an existing Holloway member - you are welcome to continue with your existing cover. Click here to see the differences.

Increasing your shares
Members aged under 55 are welcome to apply to increase their shares up to the maximum of 600. Click here to download an increase form. If you are over 55, you can apply to move to Century where you can take out up to 1000 units (adult members o­nly).

Making a claim

Commuted members
If you are a commuted member aged over 60, you can apply to change to Century, and benefit from the advice of our Registered Nurses about any health concerns you may have. You can also be eligible for a cash sum of up to £10,000 if poor health prevents you from carrying out everyday activities.
